At Bedda, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all our furniture and decor items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a seamless return or exchange process to ensure your space feels just right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bedda account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
